DispatcherMadison, WI Department: Service/ProjectsSupervisor: Account ManagerJob Type: Full-time Primary Function:Complete dispatcher duties including, but not limited to, scheduling and communicating with sub-vendors, tracking service/project materials, checking technicians in and out and completing assorted administrative tasks as assigned. Accountability: Reports to and receives direction from assigned Service/Project Teams. Regular Contacts:Personnel in all departments and sub-vendors, as directed. Position Specifications and Requirements:
- Two-to-four year related degree a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Good computer skills (Word processing, spreadsheets, database)
- Good organization skills – ability to perform multiple tasks
- Experience in an IT organization a plus
- Familiarity with cabling, fire/burg, security systems a plus
