Security Guard (Days/Swings/Nights)

Overview: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and reliable Security Guard to join our team. As a Security Guard, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and employees. Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure the safety and security of all individuals on-site - Monitor surveillance cameras and respond promptly to any suspicious activities or incidents
• Enforce access control procedures by verifying identification and ensuring authorized entry
• Respond to alarms and emergency situations in a timely manner, following established protocols
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including incident reports and shift logs
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to address security concerns
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries or concerns
• Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft or damage to property Skills: - Strong surveillance skills with experience operating CCTV systems
• Possession of a valid security certificate or willingness to obtain one
• Excellent conflict management abilities to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
• Knowledge of CPR and first aid procedures is preferred
• Familiarity with law enforcement practices and regulations is a plus
