Job Description
We are seeking a full-time permanent Clinical Practice Lead in Brookfield, Wisconsin. Do you possess strong management, leadership, and organizational skills? Are you looking for the next level in your career? This position will bridge executive leadership, medical leadership and the nursing team for frontline care delivery. This is a hands-on Monday through Friday office and site presence that will be rewarding financially as well as professionally. The company partners closely with employers and builds clinical programs that combine on site nursing support, biometrics, data informed insight, and participant advocacy.

Requirements:
  • Strong PA or NP background with broad critical care oriented clinical judgment.
  • Ability to support and influence nurses while helping set standards and expectations.
  • Comfort in an entrepreneurial, growing organization where processes are still being built
  • Executive presence and the ability to interact credibly with leadership, employers, participants, and physicians.
  • Strong relational instincts, emotional intelligence, empathy, and practical judgment.
  • Willingness to travel and engage directly with employer sites and more complex participant needs
  • Support consistency in clinical decision making, participant care, and nurse workflows
  • Assist in refining protocols, standards, and care pathways in consultation with the medical director.
