Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative located in Costa Mesa, CA. The Inside The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Inside sales (the calls are technical sales for ATV & UTV products):
- Take inbound calls/emails
- Make outbound calls/emails
- Create estimates
- Marketing mailers and email campaigns
- Social media; i.e. Facebook, forums, etc.
- Research new lithium ion customers
Production assistance:
- Coordinating product delivery schedules with customers and with production
- Scan customer production materials/reports
- Assist with ordering production materials
- Shipping follow up with customers
This role may evolve and change over time.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
- Demonstrated experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
- Proficiency in managing client relationships and Account Management
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Experience in the technology or powering services industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
