We are a growing company, focused on innovative manufacturing of high-quality products in
several sectors. We are therefore looking for a hardworking and organized Operator. The APD
Operator ensures accurate and timely recording of all tolling operations. This role supports all
high-volume production.
Job Responsibilities:
Check materials to ensure they are free of contamination agents
Check the materials that are being used to ensure they are in accordance with order
requirements
Fill bags, super sacks, and drums to proper weight according to internal/external
specifications.
Ensure that the bags are properly sealed and presentable.
Stack unfinished products on pallets in a neat and orderly manner.
Properly label product according to instructions, including product code, lot number and
any special requirements.
Report any failure to the operator and manager
Follow all GMP, SOP and HACCP for safety of self and others as well as overall
compliance.
Staging ingredients, cleaning your area and assisting fellow employees in cleaning or
setting up.
Clean and sanitize packaging equipment and work area to eliminate contamination
sources.
Practice good housekeeping and hygiene.
Identify improvements and communicate them with the manager
Mixing liquids and powders into multi-ingredient batches, monitoring and sampling in
accordance with SOPs.
Comply with GMP grade requirements, PPE and sanitation. Such as PPE, sanitation,
cleaning, and process configurations.
Transfer materials, supplies and products between work areas, using moving equipment.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on equipment.
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Required experience:
Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment.

Record production data and report any issues to supervisors.

Experience in manufacturing is beneficial
Familiarity with supervision
Forklift Certified

Working Conditions
