- Respond promptly to service calls and provide accurate estimates for repairs and installations.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain plumbing issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Adhere to local plumbing codes and safety regulations while performing all tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive work culture.
- Valid plumbing license in the state of Wisconsin.
- Proven experience as a residential plumber, with a strong understanding of plumbing systems and repairs.
