This full-time Pool/Aquatic PTA position is based in our beautifully appointed Wasilla clinic, where you will work closely with experienced clinicians and collaborate with orthopedic and interventional pain management specialists. Compensation

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active state licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
• Outpatient experience is preferred but not required.
• Interest in aquatic therapy and a desire to expand clinical skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Physical Therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Guide patients through aquatic therapy, therapeutic exercises, and functional activities.
• Apply modalities such as heat, cold, and ultrasound as directed.
• Document patient progress accurately and communicate updates to supervising Physical Therapists.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a one-on-one treatment setting.
