Advanced Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine, SC is a therapist owned practice headquartered in Appleton, WI and currently has 28 locations in central and northeastern Wisconsin with over 130 employees. Advanced Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine has been recognized by the APTA's Private Practice Section as Private Practice of the Year.
Seeking a Medical Receptionist preferably with 1-3 years’ experience for our Marinette clinic. This position will be about 30 hours per week, working 6:45AM- 3:15PM Monday through Thursday each week.

· Experience/background in scheduling patient appointments
· High aptitude of insurance knowledge
· Pleasant and calm phone etiquette

In this position, the person will be responsible for processing doctor referrals, scheduling patients, patient account setup, insurance and patient demographics intake, processing patient payments, completing patient check-in process, and other duties as needed.
