Advanced Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine, SC is headquartered in Appleton, WI and currently has 30 locations in central and northeastern Wisconsin with over 150 employees.
Seeking a Medical Receptionist preferably with 1-3 years’ experience for our Shawano Clinic location.
Ideal Candidate:
- Positive, high integrity, individual who enjoys interacting with people
- Experience/background in scheduling patient appointments
- High aptitude of insurance knowledge
- Pleasant and calm phone etiquette
- Self starting and able to recognize work that needs to be done, even if outside regular job duties
- Assertive, able to make decisions and respectfully share information with therapists
- Enjoys a fast past office environment with capability to problem solve
- Tech Savvy
