Advanced Physical Therapy, Inc. is an outpatient orthopedic manual therapy clinic owned by former IPA Primary Instructor Timothy Wittenauer, PT, CFMT and located in Midlothian, VA (a suburb of Richmond, VA). Tim is also the Director of Sports Performance and Rehabilitation and the team physical therapist for the NHL Florida Panthers. You will have occasions to work with Tim virtually and/or in-person. Our highly respected clinic has been serving the Richmond metropolitan community for over 20 years.
We are seeking a full-time and a part-time (up to 20 hours/week) Physical Therapist to join our team! You will work ONE-ON-ONE with your patients to plan physical rehabilitative programs to improve patient quality of life. We are looking for physical therapists who are committed to honing their manual skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement physical therapy programs that focus on rehabilitation
- Work directly with patients to achieve optimal recovery and performance
- Evaluate effects of therapy treatment and communicate patients' progress
- Record and document patient care services in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other team personnel to achieve well-rounded care
Qualifications:
- Current, active Virginia Physical Therapy License. Bachelor’s degree/MS, DPT, Graduation from an APTA approved school
- Current certification in CPR
- Experience is preferred, but new/recent grads will be considered if they have clinical training in manual therapy and strong references to that effect.
- Functional Manual Therapy (IPA) interest preferred.
- Commitment to clinical protocols and compliance with all job requirements, such as respectful and timely treatment of patients, timely completion of all notes and paperwork, dedication to working well with our referral sources and with our amazing staff.
