What are the responsibilities and job description for the Licensed Physical Therapist position at Advanced Physical Medicine?
Advanced Physical Medicine is looking to hire a Licensed Physical Therapist. We are looking for a responsible, driven and reliable individual to evaluate, develop treatment plan and treat patients. As well as supervise the PTAs and Re-evaluate patients. We are a multi-disciplinary practice, working with the MD, DC, DPM and other specialist to help care for patients involved in work related injuries, auto injuries, personal and sport injuries(ect.) We work together as a team to diagnose and treat each individual as an individual, paying close attention to the needs and focusing always on the goal.
Must be State Licensed in IL
Pay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10.0 – 15.0 per week
