Mechanical Drafter (SolidWorks & PDM)

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Mechanical Drafter specializing in SolidWorks and PDM, based in Houston, TX. In this role, the Mechanical Drafter will create, modify, and review mechanical, technical, and engineering drawings to support product development and production. The drafter will utilize SolidWorks and PDM software to produce precise designs and collaborate with design engineers to ensure adherence to project specifications and timelines. Additional responsibilities include maintaining and organizing engineering documentation.

• Proficiency in Mechanical Drawings, Technical Drawing, and Engineering Drawings
• Hands-on experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and SolidWorks software
• Knowledge of Design Engineering principles and practices
• Strong organizational skills for managing engineering documentation and projects
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in design
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Design, or a related field
• Experience with Product Data Management (PDM) systems
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in the healthcare or pharmacy technology field is a plus
