Advanced Personnel Resources is seeking a Laboratory Analyst for a new opening with our client in the Greensboro area. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in laboratory procedures and techniques, with a focus on quality control and compliance with FDA regulations. This role involves conducting various analyses, ensuring the accuracy of results, and contributing to research and development initiatives within our laboratory setting.
Responsibilities
- Conduct laboratory tests and analyses in accordance with GLP (Good Laboratory Practice) and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) standards.
- Utilize knowledge of animal physiology, microbiology, histology, and molecular biology to perform experiments and analyze data.
- Maintain laboratory information management systems (LIMS) for efficient data collection and management.
- Ensure compliance with FDA regulations while performing quality control checks on laboratory processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support scientific research and development projects.
- Document findings accurately and prepare reports for review by senior analysts or management.
- Assist in the training of new staff on laboratory techniques and procedures.
- Stay updated on advancements in laboratory technology and methodologies relevant to the field.
Experience
- Proven experience in an industrial or clinical laboratory setting is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with a solid foundation in math for data analysis.
- Experience in research laboratories, including hands-on experience with various laboratory techniques.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating effective communication skills throughout the process.
