We are an established ABA autism center seeking a strong, hands-on Clinic Director to restore structure, accountability, and operational consistency.
This role is for a leader who understand that quality care requires clear standards and follow-through.
What You'll Do
* Run day-to-day clinic operations
* Enforce attendance, punctuality, and in-clinic presence
* Ensure clients receive authorized therapy hours
* Manage schedules, staffing, and productivity
* Hold BCBA's RBTs, and admin staff accountable
* Partner with ownership on financial and operational performance
* Maintain compliance, documentation, and audit readiness
Who You Are
* Comfortable setting and enforcing expectations
* Calm, direct, and consistent in leadership
* Experienced managing in-person clinical teams
* Not afraid of difficult conversations
* Organized, decisive, and solutions-focused
* Believe structure protects staff and patients
Requirements
* 5 years ABA leadship, clinic management, or healthcare operations
* Strong understanding of ABA workflows, scheduling, and authorizations
* Experience managing attendance and productivity metrics
* In-person availabilty required
* BCBA preferred, not required
