Are you a friendly, professional person who enjoys helping others and creating a positive experience for families? Advanced Pediatric Associates is looking for a full-time Pediatric Receptionist to join our team.
As the first point of contact for our patients and their families, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and supportive environment. We are seeking someone with strong customer service skills who thrives in a fast-paced setting and enjoys working with children and families.
What You'll Do
- Greet patients and families with a warm and professional attitude
- Gather and update patient information
- Process co-payments
- Verify insurance eligibility
- Help ensure a smooth and positive experience for patients and families
- Support the daily operations of a busy pediatric practice
Schedule
- Full-time position
- 4-5 day work week (Monday through Friday schedule)
- Occasional half-day Saturdays
Compensation
$17.00 - $21.00, depending on experience

Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a customer service role (face-to-face interaction preferred)
- Ideally, some experience in a medical setting (6 months or more)
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
