- Highly competitive base salary aggressive productivity model

- In-office fluoroscopy suites and procedure support
- Established infrastructure — no ramp-up period
- Dedicated support staff (MAs, scribes, scheduling, billing)
- Efficient workflows allowing you to focus on procedures and patient care
- Strong referral network with sustained growth
- High-volume interventional procedures including:
- Epidural steroid injections (ESI)
- Medial branch blocks & radiofrequency ablation (RFA)
- SI joint injections
- Spinal cord stimulation (preferred but not required)
- Medication management kept structured and compliant
- Ability to supervise and collaborate with advanced practice providers
- MD or DO with active (or eligible) California license
- Board Certified/Eligible in Pain Medicine, Anesthesiology, or PM&R
- Interventional training required (fellowship preferred)
- Comfortable in a procedure-driven environment
- DEA license (or ability to obtain)
- Physicians who want to maximize income and procedural volume
