Position Summary
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Marketing to lead our commercial marketing efforts across the advanced wound care portfolio, with a focus on Topical Wound Oxygen (TWO2) therapy. This role will be instrumental in driving market expansion, clinical adoption, and brand elevation in a rapidly evolving therapeutic space. The ideal candidate brings experience in healthcare marketing, a strong understanding of advanced wound care modalities, specialty expansion, and a passion for improving patient outcomes through innovation.

Compensation
- Salary Range: $160,000 - 200,000 bonus

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that drive above-market revenue growth, expand market share, and support the company’s long-term vision in the advanced wound care space.
- Lead positioning, messaging, and lifecycle management for TWO2 therapy product portfolio. Collaborate with R&D and Clinical teams to translate clinical evidence into compelling commercial narratives.
- Identify and evaluate emerging market opportunities in chronic wound care, including diabetic foot ulcers, venous leg ulcers, and pressure injuries. Build targeted campaigns to reach key prescriber segments and referral networks.
- Strengthen corporate and product brand equity through strategic partnerships, and presence at major wound care conferences and professional societies.
- Partner with Sales and Commercial Operations to develop tools, training, and programs that accelerate adoption and drive utilization of TWO2 therapy product portfolio.
- Align marketing strategies with product demand forecasts, ensuring readiness across supply chain and commercial teams to meet growth targets and specialty expansion.
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration for the Marketing with the EVP of Marketing.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in healthcare marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Experience with product launches, clinical marketing, market development, Ad boards, consensus publication, evidence planning, reimbursement, and KOL engagement in the wound care space.
- Proven experience in healthcare marketing, preferably in wound care, medical devices, or biologics.
- Deep understanding of wound healing modalities including NPWT, oxygen therapy, and regenerative technologies.
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills with the ability to translate clinical and market insights into actionable strategies.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in a matrixed environment with cross-functional teams.
