You’ll be the first face our patients see — so a positive attitude and professionalism are a must!
Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients in a warm and professional manner
- Verify patient demographics and insurance information
- Collect copays and balances
- Answer phones and direct calls appropriately
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records
- Communicate clearly with clinical staff regarding patient flow
- Keep front desk area organized and efficient
Qualifications
- Previous medical office or front desk experience preferred
- Orthopedic or specialty practice experience is a plus
- Strong computer skills (EMR experience helpful)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
