We are seeking a dedicated, personable, and detail-oriented Oral Surgery Treatment Coordinator to join our amazing team. This role is ideal for someone with both front and back-office experience who thrives in a fast-paced clinical setting and enjoys making a meaningful impact on patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients with professionalism, warmth, and a friendly demeanor
- Manage a high volume of phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding appointments, treatments, and insurance
- Coordinate and track patient referrals accurately and efficiently
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments while ensuring seamless communication between patients and the surgical team
- Assist with patient check-out and complete all documentation with accuracy and attention to detail
- Verify insurance coverage, billing, and perform accurate data entry
- Support clinical operations, including sterilizing instruments and assisting chairside when needed
- Maintain thorough and accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA
- Collaborate with the team to continually improve and enhance the overall patient experience

Qualifications
- Prior front and back-office experience in a dental or oral surgery practice (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, compassionate, and approachable demeanor
- We are seeking someone with proven experience handling a high volume of referrals with accuracy and efficiency.
- Experience with dental insurance verification, billing, and patient scheduling
- Ability to manage high call and referral volumes with efficiency and organization
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable multitasking in a busy clinical environment
- A self-starter who works well independently and thrives in a team-oriented culture
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and adapt as the practice evolves
- Full-time availability, Monday through Friday (no nights or weekends!)
- Experience with Denticon software is a plus, but not required
