Job Summary
The Opportunity. We are a well-established oral surgery practice serving the DuBois
area, dedicated to exceeding our patients’ expectations through personalized care and
exceptional service. We are seeking a Patient Care Coordinator who is excited to play a
key role in delivering outstanding experiences to every patient.
Our full-time schedule is Monday-Thursday, from 7:30am to 4:30pm.

Responsibilities
As our Patient Care Coordinator, you’ll be the welcoming face and voice of the practice, guiding patients smoothly through their care journey. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Creating exceptional first impressions – Deliver warm, professional customer service in person and over the phone so every patient feels welcomed, supported, and confident in choosing our practice.
- Managing patient communication – Answer and route calls, monitor email, and serve as a reliable point of contact to ensure patients receive timely, clear, and helpful information.
- Coordinating appointments and patient flow – Schedule and adjust appointments, prepare daily charts, communicate patient arrivals, and partner with referring offices to obtain records and radiographs to keep the practice running smoothly and efficiently.
- Maintaining accurate patient records – Register new patients, collect required documentation, and keep patient, referral, and insurance information current in the practice management system.
- Supporting insurance coordination – Provide backup support with insurance verification, data entry, and patient follow-up to ensure information is accurate and complete.
Pay: From $18.50 per hour
