- Handle data entry tasks with precision, utilizing your computer literacy in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Assist in calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings for team members
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Execute bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks to maintain accurate financial records
- Proofread documents to ensure clarity and professionalism in all communications
Basic qualifications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
