- Oversee calendar management for the office, scheduling appointments and meetings as necessary.
- Maintain effective phone etiquette while answering calls and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Implement and manage office procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Supervise team members, providing guidance and support to foster a collaborative work environment.
- Coordinate schedule management for staff, ensuring optimal coverage and resource allocation.
Qualifications
- Must have prior dental office experience.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups.
