Field Support Services Clerk - FT 30 hours per Week - Entry Level

Hours: Monday through Friday 07:30 AM to 2:00 PMPrincipal AccountabilityThe position includes but is not limited to the following responsibilities:· Foster an environment of teamwork and cooperation throughout the company, and must interface closely with other groups and divisions within ANI.· Maintain the Cash Management database and prepare daily customer cash orders.· Maintain the ANI vendor cash vaults and prepare daily customer vault reports ensuring each vault is in balance.· Monitor terminal activity to ensure adequate cash is on hand to meet daily requirements, taking appropriate action when necessary.· Liaison with customers, Project Management and Sales for cash services.· Review/Investigate terminal out of balance situations ensuring Reg E requirements are met and report suspected trends.· Monitor customer terminal deposit activity ensuring deposits are processed in accordance with customer’s scope of work.· Ensure contracted time standards are met.· Ensure vendors perform their contracted responsibilities and review billing for accuracy.· Complete other miscellaneous duties as requested by ANI Management.Cover a full day shift for vacation and sick days taken by the full time Field Support Services Clerk.Position Requirements· At least 2 years of experience in a financial center environment.· Cash Vault or ATM Balancing experience· Basic PC knowledge and must be MS Office proficient.· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.· Self motivated with good time management skills.· Proficient in basic math skills.· Well organized and detailed oriented.· Maintain and implement documentation revisions.· Must be able to present a professional image to ANI’s customers and vendors.· Excellent customer service skills.· Unrestricted ability to bend, stoop, squat, walk, climb, twist, turn, and reach out.· Must be able to lift 45 lbs.· Drug testing, physical and background verification may be conducted.· Must be able to legally work in the United StatesCompany DescriptionAdvanced Network, Inc. was formally incorporated in 1994, after the merger of San Diego Trust & Savings Bank with First Interstate Bank, which had its own ATM servicing operation.ANI employs experienced staff members whose sole purpose is servicing ATMs, Branch Teller Recyclers (TCRs), Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs), the finest video surveillance equipment in the industry.
