Description
- Will be providing hands-on technical support to end users including system maintenance and resolving technical issues related to computers and IT infrastructure.
- Begin transfer of services and responsibilities to ANC, minimizing disruption to City operations (maintain a temporary overlap of essential services during critical transition phases to ensure continuity).
- Establish a secured VPN connection to the City’s network for remote access and troubleshooting.
- Deploy CRM, ticketing, workflows and ServiceNow integration.
- Support Tier 1–3 incidents, requests, and escalations.
- Warranty management via monitoring expirations, and initiating claims.
- Procurement management
- Secure decommissioning, e-waste recycling and resale revenue returned to the City.
