What You’ll Do
As a valued member of our therapy team, you will:
- Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist
- Provide hands-on therapy and support patients through their rehabilitation journey
- Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to supervising therapists
- Help ensure completion and accuracy of therapy documentation
- Support a smooth and efficient patient experience
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development
You’ll work closely with experienced therapists in a collaborative environment that encourages learning and growth.
What We’re Looking For
- Graduate of an APTA-approved Physical Therapy Assistant program
- Active Florida PTA license
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Strong communication and clinical skills
- Compassionate, patient-focused mindset
- Ability to exercise initiative and sound judgment
