  • Provide leadership and direction to lab engineers and cross-functional contributors to ensure daily execution goals are met
  • Manage requirements intake — receive, clarify, and decompose program requirements into executable tasks for the lab team
  • Coordinate new program deployments in partnership with the on-site Program PM, ensuring smooth bring-up, resource readiness, and stakeholder alignment
  • Drive triage and issue resolution for system-, firmware-, and software-level issues encountered during platform bring-up and validation

  • Facilitate communication between DPEG platform leads, chief engineers, and lab engineers to align on priorities and resolve dependencies
  • Integrate and oversee automated testing within CI/CD environments (e.g., Jenkins, Ansible) to support continuous validation
  • Manage and report within a ticketing system, ensuring clarity on task status, blockers, and resolution steps

  • Demonstrated experience leading technical programs or engineering teams in a data center, HPC, or GPU lab environment
  • Strong understanding of hardware bring-up, silicon validation, and pre-production platform deployment
