THE ROLE:

We are searching for a senior leader to lead mixed signal IP design team, responsible for driving the implementation of future PHY IP in advance CMOS process, covering all design aspects including Analog, RTL, Firmware, Design Verification, Layout, SoC Integration, and Post Silicon productization support.

THE PERSON:

The successful candidate will possess:

• Proven track record of delivering complex subsystems to SoCs
• Good technical knowledge and experience of high-speed IO circuits and Memory PHYs as DDR/LPDDR/GDDR/HBM
• Strong and effective communication skills with teams and customers worldwide
• Effective at leading and getting results
• Strong cross functional project management skills

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead design team, responsible for driving the implementation of future IP covering all design aspects Circuit design, Layout, RTL, DV, Layout, Firmware, SoC Integration, and Post Silicon productization support
• Work with support teams and domain experts, including architects, SI/PI, SOC, and Si Char/Validation and debug as needed to ensure interlocked execution
• Provide additional over-all design mentorship and contribution to shared methodologies across interface IP and PHY design teams

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Demonstrated ability to implement advanced high-speed IO designs
• Demonstrated ability to recruit and lead teams of engineers

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

• Relevant academic background (M. degree preferred)
