THE ROLE:
THE PERSON:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive program schedules, logistics, and execution for Instinct accelerator product engineering initiatives
- Define and manage key product deliverables while coordinating crossfunctional activities across engineering, operations, and business teams
- Lead presilicon planning and readiness activities to ensure smooth downstream execution
- Drive customer sample execution and highvolume manufacturing readiness following silicon availability
- Communicate program status, risks, and mitigation plans to management and executive stakeholders
- Partner closely with Asiabased engineering and operations teams within the Product Engineering organization
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams including Design, Supply Chain, Business, and Customer Engineering
- Own a specific project or a defined portion of a larger program, contributing to continuous process and execution improvements
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Experience supporting semiconductor product development, ideally within GPU or accelerator programs
- Program or project management experience in complex, crossfunctional engineering environments
- Experience using standard Microsoft tools (e.g., Office, Windows OS) to manage schedules, track deliverables, and report status
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience working across geographically distributed teams
- Experience presenting program status and recommendations to senior or directorlevel leadership
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline preferred
