THE ROLE:  

As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning and executing high-impact marketing initiatives, with a focus on event management, digital marketing, and performance analytics.

THE PERSON:

This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership abilities, organizational skills, and a results-driven mindset. You will collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of marketing programs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• General Administration: Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations within the marketing team.
• Contract Management: Manage contracts with vendors, event organizers, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance and cost-effectiveness.
• Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and service providers to optimize marketing efforts.
• Event Planning & Program Management: Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of AI-focused events, including conferences, webinars, and trade shows. Ensure smooth event operations and deliver engaging attendee experiences.
• Digital Marketing: Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness, drive lead generation, and increase customer engagement. Utilize social media, email marketing, and paid media strategies to optimize reach.
• Reports & Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing initiatives. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve campaign effectiveness, leveraging key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead conversion rates, engagement metrics, and return on investment (ROI). Utilize tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Salesforce to track and optimize performance.
• Budget Management: Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI. Track expenses and provide financial reports to stakeholders.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and design teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives. Translate insights from these collaborations into actionable marketing strategies by tailoring messaging, refining positioning, and optimizing go-to-market approaches to enhance brand engagement and business growth. Foster strong partnerships with vendors and agencies to execute marketing campaigns efficiently.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Proven ability to lead and manage large-scale marketing events.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing business needs.
• Experience handling cross-functional teams and working with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with keen attention to detail.
• Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
