THE ROLE:

 We are seeking a data-driven and strategic Pricing Manager to lead pricing strategy and execution for our server product portfolio, which includes rackmount, GPU, and hyperscale systems. This is a high-impact role where you’ll shape pricing decisions across global markets and ensure our offerings are competitively positioned while supporting business growth and profitability.

You’ll work closely with Product Management, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, IT, and Customer Enablement to influence platform pricing from initial BOM costing to deal-specific configurations. You’ll also have the opportunity to drive pricing infrastructure improvements, support major OEM/hyperscale engagements, and help evolve our discounting and pricing approval frameworks.

 The ideal candidate is analytical, strategic, and detail-oriented, with a strong business mindset and the ability to partner effectively across technical and commercial teams. You should feel confident navigating ambiguity, presenting pricing recommendations to leadership, and balancing market dynamics with financial goals.

Success in this role requires someone who is:

• Comfortable owning pricing decisions that impact revenue and margin
• Adept at influencing stakeholders without direct authority
• Agile and collaborative in fast-paced, high-volume environments
• Curious and proactive in identifying pricing trends and optimization opportunities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and execute pricing strategies for the server portfolio, balancing competitiveness with cost structure.
• Analyze component cost trends in the BOM to drive dynamic pricing decisions.
• Support deal pricing for hyperscale, OEM, and ODM customers, including configuration-specific quote reviews.
• Benchmark competitive server pricing and TCO models across legacy and current platforms.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Procurement to establish pricing for new platforms and refresh cycles.
• Define and enforce discounting guidelines and pricing approval thresholds to maintain pricing discipline.
• Partner with Finance and Supply Chain to support forecast modeling and scenario planning.
• Maintain and enhance pricing databases, tools, and dashboards for real-time visibility and analytics.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Deep understanding of server hardware, particularly BOM structure, configuration pricing, and platform cost drivers
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and pricing software
• Background in pricing, business management, or finance within the server, hardware, or semiconductor industry
• Experience supporting OEMs, ODMs, and/or hyperscale customers
• Familiarity with pricing governance, quote workflows, and deal desk processes
• Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Product teams

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
