THE ROLE:

The Director, Finance will be responsible for leading the overall Finance and Accounting for the Client Channel Business Unit.  This role will partner extensively with CVPs and their respective staffs to provide the financial support required by operational leadership to effectively plan their business and deliver results.  This is a high-profile position located in Austin, TX.

THE PERSON:

The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with a result driven approach, high sense of teamwork, positive outlook, and the ability to make recommendations and influence decisions in a fast-moving environment. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Leads overall finance and accounting for Client Channel Business Unit
• Partners with CVPs and GMs of Client Channel BU to establish and communicate financial objectives for the business as well as being co-navigator and trusted advisor to drive results for the business
• Oversight of LRP, annual budget and quarterly financial planning and reporting
• Accuracy and integrity of accounting close for all financial metrics of the business
• Provide proactive financial advice and oversight in contract negotiations and deal structuring for optimal profitability while maintaining all necessary compliance
• Develop and implement performance metrics and leveraging data, experience and leadership to drive informed decision making for the business
• Provide strong leadership and development of team members in support of business growth and complexity
• Foster a positive, high-performance, team-centric and success-oriented culture in support of CFO Org Operating Principles

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Finance professional with strong experience in a multinational, high tech environment
• Strong communication skills and experience working with senior executives of large corporations
• Results-driven approach with positive outlook and good team player
• Strong business acumen in semiconductor industry is a plus    

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, CPA / MBA preferred
