JOB DETAILS:
- Location: San Jose, CA
- Onsite/Hybrid: These roles require the student to work full time (40 hours a week) onsite throughout the duration of the co-op/intern term.
- Duration: Spring: January 26, 2026 – May 1, 2026
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
We are seeking highly motivated IT Compute Co-op/Intern Engineering intern/co-op to join our team. In this role –
- Adoptable to work with cutting edge AMD high-tech environment. To support innovation for compute infrastructure in Azure, GCP, AWS, OCI Cloud and on-prem supporting AMD engineering work environment.
- Provide support in data modeling and data analytics.
- Work closely with Engineering on continual application, process and workflow improvement via automation
- Captures and document end-users requirements
- Builds/maintains and updates documents related to troubleshooting procedures for IT solutions for future reference.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- You are currently enrolled in a US based University in a Undergrad program majoring in a related field.
- If you have knowledge/experience with any of the following technical skills (or related areas) and are enthusiastic about this role, we strongly encourage you to apply –
- Experience with data modeling and data analytics
- Understanding of compute infrastructure
- Unix/Linux experience with minimum 1 year of hands on
- Has done some type of programming for automation.
- Understanding of fundamental Cloud Computing
