Position Summary:
The Operations Coordinator provides essential support for day-to-day business operations, ensuring smooth communication, accurate order processing, and timely coordination with internal teams and external partners. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, open, and close jobs, ensuring accurate tracking and documentation.
- Handle incoming phone calls and emails, responding promptly and professionally.
- Manage shipping and receiving operations, including UPS and FedEx orders.
- Maintain regular communication with delivery drivers to monitor incoming purchase orders and requested pick-ups that are not on the log.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of operational tasks.
- Takes ownership of customer inquiries by actively seeking answers, collaborating with internal resources, and accurately recording questions and concerns.
- Assist with other administrative and operational duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with email, phone systems, and basic office software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx) preferred.
