Experience:
💙 1–3 years of home care experience preferred
💙 New grads welcome—we’re excited to support your journey!

Requirements:
✅ Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
✅ Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in Minnesota (in good standing)
✅ Current CPR certification for Health Care Providers
✅ Valid driver’s license—you’ll bring high-quality care directly to patients’ homes

Salary : $64,000 - $76,000
