Preferred

• 1–3 years of home care experience

Required

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program (Associate Degree in Nursing accepted)

• Current Minnesota LPN license in good standing

• Current CPR certification for Health Care Providers

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
