This unpaid internship offers a great opportunity for a student or early-career professional to build foundational HR skills across recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration. You'll work closely with our HR team on real projects that support the day-to-day functioning of our workforce.

What You'll Do
- Help maintain and update employee records in our HRIS
- Assist with organizing HR files, policies, and compliance documentation
- Help draft internal communications (announcements, newsletters, etc.)
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-starter who can work both independently and collaboratively
- Hands-on experience across multiple HR functions
- Mentorship from experienced HR professionals
- Exposure to real-world HR tools, processes, and projects
- A strong addition to your resume and professional network
