Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Surgical Technician to join our dynamic plastic surgery team. This role is essential in ensuring a safe, efficient, and sterile surgical environment while supporting surgeons and clinical staff during cosmetic and reconstructive procedures. Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain sterile surgical fields for procedures.

Assist the surgeon during operations by anticipating instrument and supply needs.

Set up operating rooms with appropriate instruments, equipment, and supplies.

Perform surgical counts of instruments, sponges, and sharps according to protocol.

Ensure proper sterilization, cleaning, and storage of surgical instruments and equipment.

Assist with patient positioning, preparation, and draping for surgery.

Maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety standards.

Monitor inventory of surgical supplies and communicate restocking needs.

Support the surgical team to ensure procedures run efficiently and safely.

Participate in maintaining compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
Qualifications:
Qualifications

Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program.

Current Surgical Technician certification preferred (CST).

Minimum 1–2 years of surgical experience preferred; plastic surgery or cosmetic surgery experience is a plus.

Strong knowledge of surgical instrumentation and sterile technique.
