POSITION SUMMARY

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Administer aesthetic treatments, including injectables, laser therapies, and skin care procedures, ensuring compliance with medical protocols and safety standards.

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and consultations, develop individualized treatment plans that align with patient goals and clinical best practices.

Maintain a high level of patient care, provide clear pre- and post-treatment instructions and manage follow-up to monitor outcomes and satisfaction.

Stay current with the latest industry trends, advancements, and technologies to deliver cutting-edge treatments and elevate patient results.

Ensure accurate and timely documentation of treatments, patient interactions, and medical records.

Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, patient confidentiality, and ethical practice in all interactions.

Contribute to a positive team culture by actively participating in team meetings, training sessions, and collaborative efforts to achieve practice goals.

Active Michigan Registered Nurse license in good standing.

1-3 years of aesthetic experience and knowledge of laser hair removal, IPL, radio-frequency micro-needling, energy-based devices, and other esthetic treatments and protocols.

Strong understanding of facial anatomy, aesthetic techniques, and patient safety protocols.

Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems and other healthcare related technologies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with patients.

Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting, contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
