New Radiance Cosmetic Center is seeking a skilled, values-driven plastic surgeon with a focus on aesthetic body and facial procedures to join our thriving Palm Beach Gardens location. Core Procedures You’ll Perform:

• Smart Liposuction and High-Definition Body Contouring

• Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) and Fat Transfer

• Mini Tummy Tuck / Mini Abdominoplasty

• Upper and Lower Blepharoplasty (eyelid lift)

• Facelifts (Mini and Full)

• Arm Lifts and Leg Lifts

All procedures are performed in our AAAASF-accredited surgical suite, supported by experienced surgical coordinators and clinical staff.

Qualifications

The Ideal Candidate:

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Plastic Surgeon (MD or DO)
• Skilled in aesthetic body contouring and facial procedures
• Licensed or eligible to practice in Florida
• Passionate about delivering natural, safe, high-quality results
• Team-oriented and values-driven, with excellent communication skills

Compensation & Growth Potential:

Our surgeons are compensated through a highly competitive production-based model. This allows for substantial income potential while offering the freedom to focus on patient care. Many of our surgeons quickly find they are able to achieve their personal, family, and financial goals with improved work-life balance.

Salary : $180,000 - $200,000
