About the Opportunity

We are expanding our Level III in-office surgical program and are seeking an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to support elective plastic surgery procedures in a refined, safety-forward environment.

Our surgical offerings include facelifts, breast augmentation, body contouring, awake liposuction, abdominoplasty, blepharoplasty, and related cosmetic procedures. This role is ideal for a CRNA who values precision, autonomy, and delivering exceptional patient care in a boutique surgical setting.

This is a per-diem, 1099 independent contractor role designed for intermittent, case-based coverage with opportunities to support both immediate needs and ongoing Level III readiness.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver anesthesia care for elective cosmetic and reconstructive procedures

• Conduct thorough pre-anesthesia evaluations and post-anesthesia assessments

• Manage intraoperative anesthesia with a strong focus on patient safety and comfort

• Collaborate seamlessly with surgeons and the perioperative team

• Maintain meticulous, compliant anesthesia documentation

• Uphold the highest standards of clinical excellence and safety protocols

What We’re Looking For

• Active Florida CRNA license

• Current NBCRNA certification

• BLS and ACLS required

• Proven experience in office-based surgery or ambulatory surgical centers

• Plastic surgery anesthesia experience strongly preferred

• Confident, composed clinical judgment and professionalism
