Location
This position may be based in Nashville, TN or Bowling Green, KY.
We're currently expanding into Bowling Green and establishing our permanent office there. Until that office is fully operational, the successful candidate must be willing to work from and travel to our Nashville office 3 days a week. We will pay for fuel during this time.
What You'll Do
As our Service Coordinator, you'll be one of the most important people in our service department.
You'll be the connection between our customers, technicians, service managers, sales team, and accounting department, helping ensure every job moves smoothly from the initial call through final invoicing.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Dispatching commercial HVAC service technicians
- Scheduling and coordinating daily service work
- Creating and managing work orders in BuildOps
- Entering and maintaining accurate job information
- Reviewing technician paperwork for completeness
- Finalizing and sending customer invoices
- Reconciling purchase orders and job costs
- Communicating with customers regarding scheduling and service updates
- Supporting technicians so they can focus on taking care of our customers
- Working alongside the entire team to continually improve our processes

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
