We're seeking an ambitious Outside Sales Representative to cover Northern Planes/Upper Mid-West USA and help drive strategic growth through both new business development and the expansion of existing accounts.

Enjoy a base salary of $75,000 to $125,000, depending on experience, with a quarterly bonus structure offering $40,000–$75,000 in annual performance pay — uncapped.

What Success Looks Like
- Travel 2–3 weeks per month across the Northern Planes and Upper Mid-west.
- Manage and grow an existing book of business
- Reach a first-year sales target of $2 million
- Balance prospecting and client retention to drive sustainable sales growth

Core Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet/exceed sales targets
- Prospect through cold calls, warm leads, referrals, and site visits
- Sell replacement conveyor chains, sprockets, and turnkey conveyor systems
- Build long-term relationships with customers and key stakeholders
- Deliver on-site technical consultations and product presentations
- Create and present accurate, professional proposals and quotations
- Negotiate and close deals with confidence and professionalism
- Maintain detailed CRM records in Salesforce, including all sales activity
- Provide timely sales reports to the Director of Sales
- Accurately enter quotes and orders
- Travel regularly within the territory (overnight stays required)
What You Bring
- Minimum 2 years of successful B2B sales experience (industrial or material handling preferred)
- Post-secondary education in a related discipline (preferred)
- Strong understanding of the full sales cycle and customer relationship development
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-starter with a solutions-first mindset and attention to detail
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
