Fort Wayne, IN Full Time
POSTED ON 7/6/2026
AVAILABLE BEFORE 11/1/2026

Own the Swiss cell. Shape the future of our turning operations.

Location: Fort Wayne, IN

Start your morning at 6:45 AM in a 48,000 sq. ft. facility where precision gears bound for aerospace, defense, medical, and automotive programs take form. You’ll open Esprit, refine a program for a Star Swiss-type lathe, and stage tools for the first prototype run. Micrometers and indicators confirm you’re on spec. You either run the first parts or hand them to a trained operator with clear instructions and tooling notes. By late morning, you’re collaborating with the production manager and quality team to finalize a process for a production handoff. After lunch, you weigh in on a new machine purchase and help estimate cycle times for a quoted job. Before you leave around 4:00 PM, you coach a teammate on a tricky setup—part of your path toward a leadership role as our turning operations expand.
