This is a 1st shift position with a flexible start time of 6 AM on Monday- Friday. The goal to maintain a strong work-life balance.

Responsibilities
- Set up, and operate CNC cylindrical grinders and some manual grinders
- Set wheels, tooling and tables
- Complete required work documents such as inspection sheets
- Complete successful first article inspections
- Maintain equipment, machines, and facilities
Qualifications
- 5 years’ experience, completion of a recognized CNC Programming/Machinist apprenticeship program, or equivalent combination of experience and education
- Experience with OD, ID, and Axial grinding
- Set up and operate CNC grinder machines
- Experience with Studer and/or UVA grinding machines
- Experience with complex contours
- Knowledge of inspection tools including micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, gages, etc
- Ability to read, understand, and translate blueprints and job orders
- Knowledge of first article inspection
- Some G-code knowledge on Kellenberger
- Studer Win programming experience is a plus!
