About the Role
This role is ideal for someone who truly enjoys helping others and creating a smooth, friendly front-office experience. You will play a key role in supporting our therapists and ensuring that every patient feels welcomed, cared for, and supported from the moment they arrive.
Starting Pay: $14/hour
Hours: Approximately 12–14 per week

- Has customer service experience
- Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

- Has prior management or leadership experience (formal or informal)

Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting and welcoming patients with warmth and sincerity
- Managing scheduling and phone communication
- Assisting with intake, coordination, and daily office flow
- Supporting our clinical team
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and calm office environment
- Light administrative and organizational tasks
