What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Concierge position at Advanced Management, Inc.?
We are currently seeking a qualified person with the ability to provide a high level of customer service for a luxury downtown Sarasota condominium association.
Concierges act as the first point of contact between guests, owners and the building staff. They are tasked with answering guest/owner inquiries, directing phone calls, receiving packages, and more. They must uphold building culture at all times while making guests/owners feel welcomed and valued.
The most successful Concierges possess exceptional customer service and people skills. They are detail-oriented individuals who listen well and are able to anticipate someone's needs in order to provide a wonderful customer experience. A class D security license is a plus for this position.
Qualifications
- Part Time-7:00am to 3:00pm Concierge position
- Full time Front Desk/Concierge position opportunity in luxury, high-rise condominium in downtown Sarasota
- shift: 7am-3pm, workdays are Saturday and Sunday
