Essential Job Functions/Responsibilites For Licensed Practical Nurse:
- Provides direct patient care as defined in the state nurse practice act.
- Implements plan of care initiated by the registered nurse.
- Provides accruate and timely documentation consistent with the plan of care.
- Participates in coordination or home health services, appropriately reporting the identified needs of other disciplines to the registered nurse and/or clinical supervisor.
- Home health experience preferred.
- Currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nursing by the state.
- Possess and maintain current CPR certification.
- Licensed driver with current automobile insurance.
- Demonstrates good verbal and written communication skills.
- At least 18 years of age.
