Description:
- Responsible for keeping buildings in clean and orderly condition performing any combination of following duties.
- Sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming hallways, stairs and office space.
- Emptying trash and garbage containers.
- Authorized to request changes to the Quality System in order to facilitate improvement or to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Education - High School Diploma/GED
- Proficient / safe use of hand and power tools, ladders, motorized vehicles and general maintenance, supplies and equipment.
- General maintenance experience
- Exposure to normal office environment, shop hazards, some chemical hazards and products
