PLEASE NOTE:
- _ Experience in working in medical doctor's office is strongly preferred. _
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Obtaining referrals for the office visits, sleep studies
Knowledgeable in DME companies.
Making appointments, scheduling sleep studies, PFTs, imaging such as CT chest.
Work experience in a medical office or DME is needed.
Knowledge of electronic medical management systems such as E clinical works (ECW)
Someone with a creative mind and ability to suggest improvements and help implement those changes in a healthy, stimulating, positive and constructive environment.
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work is a must in a fast paced office environment.
Strong organizational and planning skills
