Job Description
- Welcoming patients professionally and politely to the practice.
- Answer high call volume.
- Scheduling appointments for patients.
- Takes detailed messages and ensures messages are directed to the Providers.
- Provide information about medical services, appointments, procedures, and policies in both languages.
- Adhere to healthcare regulations such as HIPAA to ensure patient confidentiality.
